Piece for a clubbing website. I followed guide lines given, but they had to take her off. She wasn't 'appropriate' for people at work veiwing the site. =( I personally think she's pretty well clothed compared to *most* inappropriate pictures. (And, who views clubbing websites at work??)

Made for a flier around Thanksgiving. They were collecting canned food at the door to the club. I was given a 5 hr deadline and worked like mad to get her done. In the end they didn't even use her. I was pretty pissed.

Orginally had outlines, I took them off after I colored her when I realized she didn't even need them. I had a very hard time figuaring out how to do the mirror. I did the sketch of her about a year before I colored her. This is my character Mew for those who don't recognize her.

My Aunt asked me to draw a picture of cats so she could give it away as a thank-you card to a huge cat lover. Incidentally, it is one of my more popular drawings. I think I should draw more cats.

I originally had her in a yellow dress, but upon sending it to my friend, she promptly informed me the yellow and red looked like McDonalds. So, I changed the yellow to pink and was much happier with the results.

Character Design for a game concept that was part of a final project.
The game style was suppose to have a dark and dreary feel, full of grays(despite its outrageous story line). The character style was imspired by Tim Burton, think 'Corpse bride' and 'Nightmare Before Christmas', which I found very difficult to mimic. Mei Mei, shown here, was my only truely successful one.

Let's just say...math isn't really my thing and I was failing pre-calc in HS. Week before parents night, my teacher proposed to the class a chance for extra credit. Make a nice "math poster" for her to hang up on the walls and you'll get the credit. We'll I wasn't about to write out a math formula in bubble letters - Here is my poster, compelete with the first page of notes in that class. And, yes, I got the extra credit. My teacher loved it.
